When portfolio reporting becomes a differentiator
Portfolio reporting presents a unique opportunity for execution-only platforms to differentiate their offering in a way that does not involve lower prices or access to more markets and products. To find out how to turn (what is usually considered) a transactional obligation into a distinctive service feature, we conducted exploratory field research. From in-depth interviews with self-investors in Brussels, Warsaw and Copenhagen we learned that there are five rules of thumb to create truly engaging reports.
