2.3 For advisors

Advisor copilot conversations often become vague too quickly. Teams describe note taking, summaries, or generic assistance, but that framing misses where the business value actually sits. The strongest advisor AI story is not about having a fashionable copilot. It is about reducing preparation time, improving consistency, and shortening the distance between client interaction and internal follow-through.

That makes this use case different from retail-facing conversation. The primary user is a professional. The AI layer should therefore be judged less by personality and more by whether it fits the advisor workflow well enough to be used repeatedly under time pressure.

It is also worth staying realistic about maturity. Most institutions do not need an all-knowing advisor assistant on day one. They need a tool that is genuinely useful in a few recurring, high-friction moments and can expand from there.
