Senior Sales Manager - Nordics

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a Sales Manager - Nordics to join a fast growing B2B fintech company and contribute meaningfully to the businesses' growth and success.

Please clearly state on your application the Annual Recurrent Revenue that you have directly generated in a sales function.

Main responsibilities

  • Utilising your existing network of contacts and leveraging InvestSuite’s regional marketing, develop strong sales pipeline for each allocated country and industry segment, achieving pre-defined KPIs including revenue growth
  • Update internal CRM (HubSpot) with all important data
  • Act as an expert on our products, the sales development process and the industry
  • Lead client engagement, needs assessment & discovery, and solution pitches, educating prospects on our products
  • Work closely with the Chief Sales Officer and Head of Sales Structuring to structure proposals, contracts and deal closing
  • High-level contact with clients/prospects, partners and other major industry participants
  • Develop strategic sales plan for allocated sales territory
  • Address inquiries and provide new and existing customers exceptional support in a professional and proficient manner.
  • Achieve targeted quarterly and annual lead conversion and revenue goals
  • Run A/B tests to optimise outbound prospecting
  • Work seamlessly with other departments (Sales Structuring, Product Management, Marketing, Project Management, Finance)
  • Proactively solicit client feedback regarding new initiatives
  • Build best practices, processes and tools to continuously improve our sales development processes

Required skills & experience

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B technology sales or business development with investment professionals and C-suite executives. In the absence of direct technology sales experience, we require a minimum of 10+ years in a senior role within a financial services institution.
  • Experience in lead generation, turning leads into deals and/or key account management
  • Master degree in business, finance, investment management, or equivalent advanced degree
  • You have flawless communication skills, both written and oral, with extensive public speaking experience
  • You are capable, hard-working, and humble
  • You must be able to travel within and outside the Nordic country in which you are based on a bi-monthly basis
  • You have a working knowledge of the fintech, finance, or investment industry, or at least a strong desire to learn
  • You have a demonstrated ability to work individually as well as be a productive team member, and eventually, a team leader
  • You have experience using LinkedIn, HubSpot, or other similar CRM/ prospecting tools
  • You must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
