Delivery Manager

InvestSuite is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager, working previously as Product Owner or Scrum Master, with profound technical knowledge as well as business and product feeling.

• Responsible for managing customer communication and maintaining the service level agreements according to the agreed governance models.
• Engage with customers in regular Service Delivery meetings to discuss KPI’s and evaluate the agreed service levels and initiate continuous improvement tracks.
• Act as an escalation point for customers during incidents and release deployments.
• Participate in scrum teams as Delivery Manager to successfully deliver product implementations for customers.
• Create the backlog and lead the iteration planning with the aim to deliver software of top quality, within the agreed upon delivery time.
• Ensure that the team works on the prioritized tasks.
• Work closely with Product Management to prioritize based on business value or ROI.
• Lead the releases and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
• Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful completion of release and sprint goals.
• Keep abreast with Software Delivery best practices.

• Previous working experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master for minimum 3 years.
• Profound technical knowledge combined with product and business savvy.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar relevant field or have built relevant knowledge through experience.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with ITIL and ITSM tools (eg.: Jira ServiceDesk)
• Bonus: Previous software programming experience.
