InvestSuite secures €6 million in Series A funding round

InvestSuite, an international B2B InvestTech/WealthTech company, announced today the completion of a €6 million Series A investment round, bringing the total raised to €15 million since inception. InvestSuite welcomes two new strategic investors: the Cronos Group and OSOM Finance, next to existing investor PMV.

Since inception in 2018, InvestSuite has developed a suite of successful B2B InvestTech/WealthTech solutions for portfolio construction, digital investing and next-generation portfolio reporting. Today, InvestSuite announced that it has successfully closed a Series A investment round, raising €6 million.

The company welcomes two new strategic investors: the Cronos Group, a leading innovative Belgian tech company with a strong entrepreneurial pedigree, and OSOM Finance, a cutting-edge crypto firm and one of InvestSuite's first clients. InvestSuite's existing institutional investors maintain their percentage stake, whilst new and existing business angels and employees decided to further invest in InvestSuite's growth. Existing investor PMV will once again participate in this investment round.

InvestSuite welcomes Anton Altement and Frank Stockx to the board. Anton Altement will represent OSOM Finance. As CEO and co-founder of OSOM Finance, he will add significant entrepreneurial and domain expertise. Frank Stockx, a seasoned Banking Executive and Non-Executive Director, will represent the Cronos Group and take up the reins as the new Chairman of the Board.
